JOOX Partner Benefit T&Cs

Payment and Billing

  1. Monthly JOOX VIP subscription is charged to the debit or credit card used to sign up on the date of sign-up.
  2. When you sign up, you acknowledge and agree that: (i) our third party payment processor, Peach Payments, is authorised to charge you every month for your JOOX VIP subscription for as long as your JOOX VIP subscription continues, and (ii) your JOOX VIP subscription will continue until you cancel it. We keep your payment information secure with our payments partner Peach Payments.
  3. By providing a credit card or debit card payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the relevant card and that you authorise us (or our third party payment processor) to charge your credit or debit card for the total amount of your JOOX VIP subscription (including any applicable taxes and other charges that may apply). If the payment method is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your JOOX VIP subscription may be cancelled. You must first resolve any problem we may encounter in order to proceed with your JOOX VIP subscription.

Cancellation

  1. You may cancel your JOOX VIP subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the below steps:

Step 1:

Navigate to the Media 24 partner landing page https://join.joox.co.za/media24

Step 2:

Login to JOOX

Step 3:

Go to 'Subscriber management” where you will have the option to cancel your monthly subscription.

Step 4:

After successfully working through the cancellation prompts, you will receive an on-screen message that confirms your account has been cancelled.

  1. If you cancel your JOOX VIP subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about JOOX, unless you opt-out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

General

  1. The JOOX terms of service and privacy policy will apply to these benefits T&Cs as if incorporated herein.
  2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the benefit at any time and for any reason at our discretion. If we do change the benefit offer, we will notify you by email and/or include a notice on the “JOOX Partners” page.
